Ok. As some else said, best thing to do is ditch Raya for Lydia. Get your stuff back, dismiss Lydia, get Raya back. In Skyrim you can change followers like clothes. If you’re fast enough Raya might still be nearby. I recently upgraded Lydia to my steward but I didn’t know that meant she can’t carry my stuff anymore.
