The "low oil" alarm is for when the oil resevoir is low. I would immediately mix the fuel to 50::1, in case the no oil alarm is accurate, until you fix the motor.On the back of the engine there is a sensor that will have a brown wire and a yellow. If you ground the yellow wire while the engine is running it should slow down. That lets you know that the sensor is bad or the t-stats are stuck open. On the carb adjustment, turn the screws counter clockwise for richer and clockwise for leaner.
