First of all the app won't let you use 16 hours in one day which would be double for a full shift so that's not possible. So it's not necessary to enter double. You want to leave 4 hours early and you put in PPTO for 4 hours but you clock out 2 minutes before the 4 hour mark (leaving 4 hours and 2 minutes early)...you will get the points because you didn't allot enough time to cover that extra 2 minutes.
